Nalin Patel MD is a Board-Certified Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist with 44 years of experience. He was a medical Director at a 102-bed private psychiatric Hospital for 9 years and then on a Behavioral unit at a 120-bed general hospital for 12 years before moving to Florida in Dec 2023. He also has been practicing outpatient psychiatry in Pennsylvania for 13 years. Recently He studied and developed a special interest in non-invasive “TMS – Transcranial Magnetic Brain Stimulation treatment” and is ready to provide this at the practice.

Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation

A psychiatric evaluation is a broad assessment of your mental health history, social history, medical history, substance abuse history and mental status examination. Based on this assessment, the prescriber can determine whether psychiatric medication is needed, and which medication(s) may be most effective

Medication Management

Your prescribing clinician needs to meet with you periodically to determine how well your medication is working and to make necessary adjustments. The frequency of visits depends on whether changes are being made and how well you are doing.

Telemedicine- We offer video appointments.
